I am trying to use your data modules through the Sacramento Library and all I can access is information about the site and the individual modules. Is there a reason I cannot access the actual data bases?
Hi Holli! the first thing we would ask is what browser you are using (Internet Explorer / Firefox / Chrome). With IE, you will want to clear your cookie cache, then after restarting your browser, get to the SacLib website, find their business resources, then the link to ReferenceUSA.
